Our Exclusive Public Events will showcase the best of our region’s cultural landscape on the backdrop of sunset. Sample the best of the season in the region as the afternoon curates a selection of In-House & Guest DJ’s, world-class cocktails and refined canapés in a standing cocktail-style service to indulge the senses and create a new experience every time we depart.

Featuring signature dishes by resident chefs, and resident DJ’s, among a list of rotating local venues and musicians for specialty or pop-up events.

VIP area is for those who want the private experience on a smaller budget or for smaller teams, up to 14 guests  with the “best seats in the house.”

  • Yes, if you can please ensure you arrive 20 minutes before departure time. This will ensure you are checked in, you can find your area to sit and have your first drink order placed before the safety briefing. We leave the dock at our departure time.

  • Approximately three hours, giving you the perfect amount of time to unwind with your fave drink in hand and take in the scenery of the beautiful Brunswick River.

  • The Brunswick River Cruise aboard M.V. Jasmine departs from Brunswick Heads Boat Harbour.

  • Free parking is available at the Brunswick Boat Harbour and other locations in Brunswick Heads. If parking in Brunswick heads, please pay attention to the operating hours and payment requirements, as a paid parking scheme was introduced in late 2024.

    We’re here to create unforgettable memories in a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all. To make sure everyone has an amazing time, we operate under a "Legends Only" policy — which means:

    What Being a Legend Looks Like:

    • Speak kindly: Use respectful, inclusive, and positive language.

    • Keep it chill: No loud, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour.

    • Respect the crew and fellow guests at all times.

    • Take your rubbish with you — no littering. Keep the river beautiful.

    • Enjoy the music at respectful levels – we have strict noise limits in place.

    • Be mindful of the environment and surrounding wildlife.

    • Enjoy yourself respectfully – remember, this is a shared space, not a free-for-all.

    ❌ Zero Tolerance For:

    • Rude, offensive, or antisocial behaviour

    • Yelling, screaming, or any rowdy conduct

    • Harassment or disrespect of any kind

    • Littering or damaging the vessel or the river environment

    • Ignoring crew instructions or policies

    Our Policy: One Warning – Then You're Off

    If anyone breaches this Code:

    1. First Offence: You’ll receive a clear warning from our crew

    2. Second Offence: The charter ends immediately for you — you’ll be escorted off at the next safe point

    3. You will be permanently banned from all future events on this vessel.

    This is a shared experience, and everyone has the right to feel safe, respected, and welcome.
    So if you’re here to have a good time like a legend, we’re thrilled to have you on board.
    If not — this isn’t the event for you.

    • No Rubber Thongs: Go for leather thongs or sandals like Birkenstocks.

    • No Stilettos: Block heels and wedges are totally cool.

    • No Board-shorts: Keep those for the beach.

    • No Singlets (for the guys): Opt for a short-sleeve button-up or a simple tee.

    • No Torn, Soiled, Threadbare or Tattered Clothing: We’re talking footwear too. Ripped jeans might be okay, but we’ll decide on a case-by-case basis.

    • No Workwear: This is your escape from work! Leave the uniform at home and wear something special.

    • No Offensive or Gang-related Logos or Outfits: We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable, so keep it G-rated.
