M.V. Jasmine is the newest venture of Out Of The Blue Adventures specialise in premier eco-cruises & tours, including Whale Watching, Snorkeling, Ocean Adventures & River Cruises. Owned & operated by local Captain & Entrepreneur, Dean Fox and Helen Caruana, they combine a wealth of dynamic technical & digital experience, success, and exceptional taste & style to re-invent and bring the M.V. Jasmine to life as an addition to their fleet of purpose-built vessels.

Born in Northern New South Wales, The Byron Bay region is home to some of the best kept culinary and natural secrets of Australia, Jasmine exploring the best & most-waterfront of all. Showcasing a β€˜Region on Rotation,’ floating between in-house and guest chefs, we serve the finest seasonal produce in a famous on-water setting, exploring the diversity & variety of the local region amongst the changing soundscapes of local & international musicians & artists.

Together, we begin a unique opportunity in a sought-after destination that delights in location & celebrates community through food & service, to both inspire and enjoy.
