M.V. Jasmine is the newest venture of Out Of The Blue Adventures specialise in premier eco-cruises & tours, including Whale Watching, Snorkeling, Ocean Adventures & River Cruises. Owned & operated by local Captain & Entrepreneur, Dean Fox, with Helen Barnett, they combine a wealth of dynamic technical & digital experience, success, and exceptional taste & style to re-invent and bring the M.V. Jasmine to life as an addition to their fleet of purpose-built vessels.

Born in Northern New South Wales, The Byron Bay region is home to some of the best kept culinary and natural secrets of Australia, Jasmine exploring the best & most-waterfront of all. Showcasing a β€˜Region on Rotation,’ floating between in-house and guest chefs, we serve the finest seasonal produce in a famous on-water setting, exploring the diversity & variety of the local region amongst the changing soundscapes of local & international musicians & artists.

A warm & welcoming service with a hint of fun & flair begins an unforgettable European-inspired experience to be enjoyed by all; friends, family & the like. Directed by the world around us, our menu explores the freedom of the season and dishes are intentional, inspired & inventive: an expression of a moment in time, supporting the farmers, growers and artisans, alongside an award-winning wine & spirit list exploring boutique producers & exciting varietals curated by local sommeliers, restaurants & distributors.

Jasmine is a collaboration of innovative art & design showcasing local and nationally-acclaimed Australian design & technology, offering a new & unique chartered Bar & Dining experience in Brunswick Heads. Upon entry, delight in the awe of the beauty of the Lower Deck, transported by European sensibility.

As the water sparkles, follow a marble wrap-around full-service on-board bar toward bar & booth seating; purpose-designed open-gallery to bring the outside, in.

A spacious open floor plan offers flexible & weatherproof comfort amid multiple spaces to discover, sink into & enjoy, to cater for both small & large groups, with vantage and view points personal, plentiful & prioritised.

Pass by the views of the captain’s watch room & be led by stairs toward the Gallery or Upper Deck, where the world & views open up and you float high above the river and the sun warms the day.

Retractable canvas wings provide shade from the warming sun or passing showers, and booth, bench & bar seating provides a moment of rest from the standing conversation that flows into dance - at the boat’s front: a dedicated space for state-of-the-art music & sound for local & international guests.

Here enjoy an open-air space designed to be customisable and flexible for personal & corporate events, where after dark, the roof opens entirely to welcome the stars.
